What are AI credits?
Credits are the currency of AI generations: every job (image, video, audio, variation) has a cost in credits based on the model and resolution, shown before you confirm. Editor, collaboration, and exports don't consume credits.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan doesn't ask for a card: create the account, use the full editor, and generate with AI within the daily limit. Only add a card if you want to subscribe to a plan or buy packs.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid cycle, no penalty. Your projects stay accessible on the Free plan — and purchased packs remain valid for 12 months.
What's the Free plan's watermark?
Free exports come with a subtle Trakto seal. On any paid plan the watermark disappears — even on older projects, if you re-export them.
Does it work for agencies and teams?
Yes. The Teams plan has a shared credit pool, brand kits per client, roles and approval, PSD and Figma import, and simultaneous editing. For SSO/SAML and a contract, talk to sales about Enterprise.
Are my data and my brand safe?
Your files and brand kits are yours: we don't use your content to train models, and traffic and storage are encrypted. Payments go through Stripe — your card never touches our servers.
Can I import Photoshop and Figma files?
Yes. PSD, AI, and Figma come in with editable layers — text stays text, image stays image. PSD and Figma import are part of the Teams plan; copy and paste from Figma works on every plan.
Is there an API or integration?
Yes. The official MCP (beta.trakto.studio/mcp, with OAuth for Cursor and Claude) and the REST /v1 API are available on the Pro, Studio, and Teams plans, consuming the plan's credits — no separate charge. Every response returns the document open in the editor.
What currency am I billed in?
In Brazilian reais (BRL) or US dollars (USD), based on the currency you choose at checkout. Billing runs through Stripe, monthly or yearly.
